Sandbox status
Internet Skyline is currently configured for Whop Sandbox testing only. Real production payments are not enabled as part of this build.
How refunds affect an HQ
When a refund is successfully verified through Whop, Internet Skyline records it in the refund ledger and recalculates valid lifetime spend, Skyline Credits, visual floors, and tier. Full and partial refunds are designed to be idempotent so the same refund is not subtracted twice.
Production launch policy
Before real payments are enabled, the final customer-facing refund eligibility and request process must be approved and published so it matches the actual launch policy, Whop configuration, applicable law, and any mandatory consumer rights. This Sandbox page intentionally does not promise refund rights that have not yet been configured.
